Last month, The Local unveiled its inaugural weekly police blotter. Subsequent changes at the Ninth Precinct caused delays, so today we’re playing catch-up and presenting the past month in crime, in four handy installments. First up: Brawls, beat-downs and blades.

• Four teenagers are accused of beating up a 50-year-old man as he was parking his car on Sept. 14. The victim told the police — on Feb. 7 — that he was parking near Avenue D and East Seventh Street at around 1:30 a.m. when the four perps picked a fight. He said that one slapped the hood of his car with a t-shirt, and when he got out of the vehicle they pounced, punching him and causing multiple fractures in his face.
• A man is accused of stabbing another reveler at a rowdy party on Feb. 1. The police said that they entered the building on East Seventh Street between Second and Third Avenues at around 1:05 a.m. after receiving three noise complaints about the bash. When they arrived they came upon a 24-year-old in the hallway of the fourth floor shirtless and bleeding from a finger. Cops arrested both the victim and the alleged slicer.
• A brawl on Broadway resulted in an 18-year-old man and two 19-year-olds being arrested on Feb. 7. The 48-year-old victim told police that three teenagers tried to rob him near East Fourth Street at around 5:48 p.m. and that he resisted, resulting in the youngsters hitting him with two metal ladders and a chair.
• A man allegedly clocked a police officer in the face on Jan. 21. The police said that the man was yelling and cursing at passers-by on East 11th Street between Third and Fourth Avenues at around 12:30 a.m. when they confronted him. They said the 23-year-old suspect then punched an officer and was arrested.
• A bargoer reportedly smashed a pint glass in another drinker’s face at One and One on Feb. 4. The 26-year-old victim said he was in the bar on First Avenue at East First Street at around 12:55 a.m. when the stranger hit him in the face with the glass. A 27-year-old suspect was arrested.
• This fight ended not just with bruises, but an empty wallet, too: a thief snatched a woman’s credit cards from her wallet that had fallen out during a melee on Feb. 1. The 37-year-old victim told the police she was in a brawl at Second Avenue and East First Street at around 4:50 a.m. After things had settled down an onlooker approached and handed over her wallet, which was missing the cards.
• A man allegedly flashed a knife at a convenience store worker after being caught trying to steal from him and was arrested on Jan. 30. The manager told the police that he was at the store on Avenue C at East Eighth Street at around 8:40 p.m. when he caught someone stashing four hard ciders in his jacket. The worker confronted the man, who is said to have replied “I have a gift for you” before pulling out the blade. The manager made a run for it and alerted the police, who arrested a 32-year-old suspect.
• A thief held a taxi driver up at gunpoint on Feb. 8 after getting a ride. The 29-year-old victim told the police he was dropping off the passenger at Avenue A and East 13th Street at around 7:49 p.m. when he pulled a gun and demanded cash. The cabbie complied, and the thief escaped.
• An argument between two friends resulted in an arrest on Jan. 26. The victim told police he was arguing with his buddy in an apartment on East Fourth Street between Avenues B and C at around 12:45 p.m. when his friend pulled out a box cutter and put it to his throat, cutting him in the process. Police arrested a 42-year-old suspect.
• As previously reported, a man is accused of bashing a fellow motorist with a carjack on Jan. 28. The victim told the police he had just cut off his assailant near East Sixth Street and First Avenue when the enraged driver emerged from his car at a red light and struck the victim’s car with the jack. The victim said that he got out of the car and was hit again, breaking his arm and wrist. Police arrested a 47-year-old suspect.
