L’asso EV: How It’s Looking, What It’s Cooking

In this week’s “Off the Menu” column, Florence Fabricant announces a couple of local openings – L’asso EV at 107 First Avenue and Bobwhite Lunch and Supper Counter at 94 Avenue C.
