He says he’s embarrassed and “should’ve just kept my nose out of it,” because the alleged thief was actually a fan of the artist whose painting he stole: “He finally steals the painting and he’s getting his ass kicked by his hero and then the guy from ‘The Notebook’ shows up and makes it weirder. The whole thing – nobody wins.” Gosling had just come from the gym and was “feeling warmed up.”
