East Village Halloween: Custom Vampire Fangs at Flame Job

Customers of Flame Job, at 170 East Second Street, can browse leather wear, get a tattoo, or recline in a 19th-century barber’s chair and get clip-on vampire fangs made by Tom Velez. The makeup artist, who was hired by the store in 2002, discusses his craft with Ella Zhang.
