Feel Like Singaporean for Dinner?

Grub Street brings word that Masak, a Singaporean restaurant from a former Alias chef who admits his cooking is “not going to be entirely authentic,” will open later this month at 432 East 12th Street. Cocktails are by Jeremy Hawn of Mayahuel.
